Kobra 240 HS-6 comes with sturdy steel gears and metal chain drive system which offer reliability and resistance to wear, carbon hardened steel cutting knives. Motor thermal protection: 24 hour continuous duty motor without overheating and duty cycle. It can shred a paper sheet in about 20.000 micro-chips which become absolutely unreadable even if special electronic devices are used. The special 0,8 x 5 mm (P-7) cut meets the latest shredding standards (NSA/CSS Specification 02-01) issued by the National Security Agency of the US Government.
Equipped with Energy Smart system with optical illuminated indicators for power saving stand-by mode, automatic Start&Stop. Easy emptying operations: 35 liter removable bin that does not require lifting the cutting head. The Safety stop system detects bin removal and automatically stops the cutting knives. Eco-friendly: does not require plastic bags.
